That sounds about right from what I know of last year's market. The question we have is whether more of a rebound in the re market will send leasing prices up or down? Anyone have experience with the last California downturn/rebound?
ReplyDeleteI had a friend who told me about it. Long story short, he said that rental/leasing prices never fluctuated as wildly as the underlying properties. Hope that helps!
