Rented by Christopher in December 2009, we had a couple of applications fall through, but in the end it worked out and went to a great set of tenants at $3,750.

Such a pleasure to have been a part of this transaction, Christopher and I represented the tenant in the rental of this 4bd over 3,000 sq ft +/- high end build that our clients rented at $6,500.

When the owners couldn't sell they turned to renting just in time for our Marin Relocation executive client to jump on the opportunity!
