High-End Rental in San Anselmo's Seminary!

Such a pleasure to have been a part of this transaction, Christopher and I represented the tenant in the rental of this 4bd over 3,000 sq ft +/- high end build that our clients rented at $6,500.

When the owners couldn't sell they turned to renting just in time for our Marin Relocation executive client to jump on the opportunity!

San Anselmo's Seminary neighborhood is a great place for any relocating family to settle: plenty of charming shops, restaurants (like one of our personal favorties below, Marinitas!) and a sunny, friendly location.
