RENTED!! $5,695 in San Anselmo this July

RENTED: July 2010 a stunning 4bd luxury home in San Anselmo with over 3,000 sq ft of gracious living space.

We'd like to thank the current tenant who had gorgeous furniture - the home practically looked staged - in addition to our professional photographer who helped the home come alive in our ads.  We'd also like to thank the new tenants who just signed for the property - when our first set of applicants backed out at the last second (literally - left Christopher standing at the bank!) these folks jumped at the opportunity and had a new lease fully executed in Christopher's hands by the end of the day.

Talk about your ups and downs!

And a big thanks - as always- to our clients the owners for choosing to list with us again for the second year in a row.

RENTED!! In Mill Valley - Another Luxury Rental Home

Joscelyne and I represented the tenants on this deal - a truly gorgeous Mill Valley rental home with 4+ bedrooms and a sparkling pool leased this May 2010 in Strawberry at $9,000.

The tenants are a local family who found us on-line on our Marin Rental Home website.  Thanks to them for working with us!  And thanks to the owners for renting to our clients!

Luxury Mill Valley Rental Home - RENTED!

Spending only one day on the market this May 2010, this 6bd entertainer's home in Mill Valley rented at our asking price of $9,750 virtually overnight.

As the listing agent I hired professional photography as a service for the landlords - my clients - and put together a pretty great virtual tour (if I do say so myself!).  Our tenants are an executive family relocating from Europe who saw the tour on-line, knew it was perfect for them, and rented the property sight unseen.

The owners and tenants just met in person for the first time last week - and the new occupants could not have been more pleased.  Thank you to both parties involved for working so quickly to get this lease wrapped up!
