Rented in November of 2009, it was our pleasure to list this 5bd almost 4,000 sq ft home.  Great views, wonderful open kitchen and a newly re-done sport court were some of the draws.  This property leased at $7,500 per month after about a month on the market - not bad considering many high-end Tiburon rentals are running 90+ DOM!
