RENTED $7500 in Mill Valley

Gorgeous!  While this rental listing in Mill Valley may have only been a 3bd, it sat at over 3,000 sq ft and had an exceptional level of finish.

Rented at $7,500 this May 2010, this home was always a pleasure to show.

Check out this killer photo provided by the onwer as well.  We always offer professional photography if needed for our luxury rental properties in Marin, but this client had his own professional photoshoot.  Gorgeous!

RENTED in Tiburon!

RENTED this June 2010 for $5,500, a 2bd home in Tiburon w/amazing views.  I represented the tenants on this Tiburon rental.  They found us through our Marin County Rental website and fell in love with this property right away.

Thanks so much to the tenants for working quickly to get their applications in to the owner.  And thanks to Jim Fraser for another great transaction!
